Privacy policy
Updated on 10 October 2026.
Controller
Adrian Aguila Abreu, IT engineer, independent service provider based in Luanda, Angola.
Privacy contact: aguilabreu@gmail.com or WhatsApp +244 931 678 406.
What data I collect
When you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), tax number/NIF (optional), type of service, your message and the page language.
When you visit the site, the server automatically logs the IP address, the page requested, the date and the browser, like any web server.
I do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or store anything in your browser.
What I use it for
To answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
If you enter a NIF, to check it on the AGT taxpayer portal (Angola) to see whether it belongs to a company or an individual.
To protect the site against abuse (a limit on submissions per IP address).
Legal basis
Your consent when you submit the form and the pre-contractual steps you request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact above.
Where it is processed and who receives it
The site is hosted on a Contabo GmbH server in Germany (European Union).
Form messages reach me through Telegram, which processes data on its own servers outside Angola.
If you enter a NIF, it is checked on the AGT public portal (Angola).
I do not sell or share your data with anyone.
How long it is kept
The form does not store requests in any database on the site: the message stays in my Telegram chat and my email for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the applicable legal period.
Server logs are deleted after 14 days; the per-IP submission limit after 1 hour; the NIF lookup after 24 hours.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to aguilabreu@gmail.com. I reply within one month at the latest.
You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country: APD (Angola), CNPD (Portugal), ANPD (Brazil), AEPD (Spain) or the relevant one.
